Victoria was attentive, responsive, called me back when I called, called me on her own. She was attentive and creative - called back to offer me a 2nd-car discount - appreciated. Explained the process and the players well (another jerk from another broker got all mad/huffy at me when I did not know the broker-company-driver players/process - she was a welcome change from Mr. Gruff). She paid attention, followed the progress, gave me reports - all appreciated as I was shipping a brand new car, my Wife's "baby".
Corp. Car Carriers, the broker, was low price by 33% from the "largest/best carrier." Then, they offered me a 2nd car discount - made for an easy decision as the cost was less than the gasoline cost to drive them ourselves - cheaper before adding time, hotel, wear/tear, etc. - a no-brainer.
The trucking co., out of Orlando, was communicative, on time, pleasant, and easy to do business with. The driver, Serge, was helpful, courteous, pleasant, capable, assuring, and quick. He was in Florida, Orlando, a few days before delivery - he picked up on Tues before and dropped off the Monday after Thanksgiving. He kept me informed by cell phone on progress and to set up mutually-good time to deliver. Pick up and delivery were quick and easy and took little of my time. Condition of vehicles was fine - no problems.
I am completely satisfied with Corp Car Carriers, Victoria, and Serge, the driver. I was a little anxious after reading some of the reviews/war stories but, for us, it was a pleasurable experience and I am now a fan of shipping vs driving cars to new homelands. Corp. Auto Transport offered me no incentive to write this report - I am simply happy and satisfied with their service, care for our vehicles, and their prices quoted at the front.
