We're sorry that Chuck was disappointed of course. We did try diligently to get his car picked up timely and did update him on a daily basis about the progress on his order. His order consisted of an extremely difficult route and a classic car so there were just no available drivers for his load for the 3 weeks he had his order with us. Of course we had already offered a full refund to the customer after just 10 business days of waiting and he wanted us to continue working on the order so we did and we spent hours trying to get a driver to take this load but absolutely no one could grab it yet. We did A LOT of work for Chuck on this and still refunded his money in full because we are honest and that is our policy if something like that happens. -Corporate Auto Transport
