This company has had my vehicle for over 2 weeks and still cannot provide an update on their transport truck's location. There is no 'customer service / dispatch' team, it is simply two people (Mark and Nicole) who have created fake stories to hide the fact that they don't know where their truck is. I requested my car be shipped to San Antonio, TX and the last update I received was that it is in Houston, TX; but they refuse to provide an address of where the truck is when I offered to go meet the truck to pick up my car. Even me offering to drive 4hrs to go pick up my car was not a sign to them that people's vehicles are important to them; Mark simply sent a text message back with "You can pick it up from Galveston port. Idiot" - yes, that was his actual response.

The delivery timeframe from Portland, OR to San Antonio, TX was 5-7 days, but it has now been over 15 days with no resolution in sight it seems.
