I scheduled with Continental on August 27th. The following week my mom (the one keeping the car in California) let me know that the company had called and would be picking up the car that Friday. No one showed and no one called on Friday. I called Continental the following week and someone told me they were working on it and it would hopefully be picked up that Friday. For the next three weeks I tried to contact Continental for an update and no one ever called me back. The last phone call to Continental was from my husband who left a message saying we wanted our deposit back. I went online and found another company and signed up with them. That same day my car was picked up by Continental, still without calling me. The actual company that handled the transport, Safeway, was great and punctual, but I'll never use Continental again because of their poor customer service and total lack of communication.
