I was referred to Continental by a friend and so I called and spoke with Trudy, and just as my friend said she was very knowledgeable. She answered every question that I had (I had a lot after reading about what a nightmare transporting can be) with very thorough explanations. I decided to trust my friends judgement that combined with Trudys honesty about what was realistic to expect and I was very happy with the service. I will call her again for my return trip in 6 months. Very reliable and professional.
