Hello everyone.

I recently used continental for transporting my Jaguar From VA to CT it was sort of a last minute decision to go with continental since I was already going to go with someone else. The company that I was going to go with first promised they'll get back to me with a time and pick up and of course that never happened. I really needed my car here ASAP so I decided to call this company and I explained to him (Allen) that I needed the car picked up soon maybe even the same day or the next day and he told me I'll call you right back. About 20 minutes passed and I received a call back from Allen. He said I have good news and I have good news I was OOOK!! Whats going on?? He said give me the address where the car is now, with the contact numbers because the car will be picked up in 2 hours. He said I have a driver on his way there now. So I did and he said let me give you a call back again. So he calls back in like 5 minutes and gives me the drivers name, his direct phone# and name of company. At this point Im kind of like is this really true?? And sure enough it was. The dealer called me up later on that night as did Allen and told me the car was on the way. I felt very relieved then he says the car will be there the next day. And as promised it was. I know this wasn't the farthest distance for transporting a car but for what I hear its usually a 2 day trek minimum. This took about 21 hours from phone call to the actual delivery of the vehicle. If that isn't great service? Then I don't know what is. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to transport a vehicle. They're fast (very fast) friendly and on point with all the details and constant communication. Give them a call sometime I;m sure they can get you out of a bind quickly as they did with me. I hope this helps someone on they're decision. Ask for Allen or anyone of the reps and tell them Andres from Connecticut sent ya... :) Thanks Continental for all your help. I'll spread the word.
