Kimber,
This was a transaction with mistakes which never should have occurred. I confirmed recently that the $50 was credited back to you already so if you haven't seen that in your statement you should see it very shortly. Although you had a bad experience with this particular rep I assure you that he will not make this error with any customer in the future. In return the driver did have very positive feedback showing that you were one of our most patient and understanding customers yet.
