THIS COMPANY TALKS VERY WELL, AND PROMISES MANY THINGS. THEY ARE PLEASANT OVER THE PHONE, BUT GIVE YOU FALSE HOPE TIME AND TIME AGAIN. CONTINENTAL CONTACTED ME, AND ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS. I WAS CONFIDENT THAT THEY WOULD FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THEIR PROMISE OF THE PICK UP DATE AND THE DELIVERY. CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER ANSWERS THEIR PHONES AND I GOT PASSED AROUND FROM PERSON TO PERSON WHEN I WAS ABLE TO CONTACT A SALESMAN. THE ESTIMATED DATE CAME AND WENT. NO PHONE CALLS, NO UPDATES, NO NOTIFICATIONS. I CALLED AND WAS TOLD THE DRIVER WAS TIRED AND NEEDED TO REST, AND THE PICK UP DAY WOULD BE THE FOLLOWING DAY. AGAIN NO PHONE CALLS. THE NEXT DAY THEY TOLD ME THE DRIVER WAS IN ROUTE AND WOULD CONTACT ME, AND WAS EXPECTED TO PICK UP THAT DAY. AGAIN NO PHONE CALLS NO PICK UP. THE NEXT DAY THEY SAID THE DRIVER WOULD PICK UP IN THE MORNING FOR SURE. HE FINALLY ARRIVED AT 6:30 IN THE EVENING, AND REFUSED TO LOAD THE VEHICLE. HE SAID THE BLAZER WAS 12 FEET TALL AND WOULD NOT LOAD BLAZER. I WAS TOLD THAT THE VEHICLE WAS PICKED UP AND HAD LEFT. LATER I WAS CALLED BY THE SELLER THAT THE DRIVER REFUSED TO PICK UP. I CALLED THE COMPANY AND THEY JUST LAUGHED AT WHAT THE DRIVER SAID THAT IT WAS TWELVE FEET TALL. THEY DIDNT CALL THE DRIVER HE JUST LEFT. THE NEXT DAY THEY PROMISED ANOTHER TRUCK WOULD PICK IT UP. WELL TODAY IS ALMOST OVER AND STILL NO PICKUP. I CONTACTED MANAGEMENT AND THEY HAVE PROMISED ME THAT TOMORROW WILL BE THE PICK UP DATE. AND THEY WILL CALL ME IN THE MORNING TO CONFIRM. WELL YOU CAN SEE THE ONLY REASON THAT I HAVENT CANCELED IS I AM WAITING FOR THE DATE TO GET MY DEPOSIT BACK. BECAUSE I KNOW CONTINENTAL WONT MAKE THINGS RIGHT. AND I JUST DONT KNOW HOW A COMPANY LIKE THIS CAN STAY IN BUSINESS. I GAVE THE VEHICLES DIMENSIONS UP FRONT WHEN THEY GAVE ME THEIR QUOTE. THEIR LACK OF COMMUNICATION IS HORRIBLE, AND THE FALSE PROMISES ARE EXHAUSTING. THEY TALK WELL OVER THE PHONE,AND SOUND LIKE THEY WILL GET THINGS FIXED. BUT THE TRUTH IS THEY HAVE ONLY WASTED MY TIME, AND THE SELLERS TIME. WE HAVE HAD NO CALLS OR COMMUNICATION SINCE I SIGNED THE CONTRACT. THE ONLY COMMUNICTION IS WHEN I HAVE HAD TO CALL THEIR COMPANY. AND IF THEY TELL YOU THEY WILL FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING ON, AND THEY WILL CALL YOU RIGHT BACK. DONT HOLD YOUR BREATHE, BECAUSE YOULL BE BLUE IN THE FACE, BEFORE THEY RETURN A PHONE CALL. AND IF YOU THINK THAT SPEAKING TO A MANAGER WILL GET THINGS FIXED, EVERYBODY THERE IS A MANAGER, YOU JUST GET PASSED FROM ONE TO ANOTHER, AND STILL NO RESULTS. THEY TELL YOU UPFRONT THAT THEY STRIVE ON CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND THAT THEY OWN THEIR OWN CARRIERS,AND THAT GIVES THEM MORE CONTROL OVER THE PICK UP. OH YEA, AND WHEN THEY FINALLY GAVE ME THE DRIVERS TELEPHONE NUMBER, NOT HIS NAME, ONLY HIS NUMBER, I CALLED HIM TO SEE IF I COULD GET SOME HONEST INFORMATION, AND GUESS WHAT, HE DIDNT EVEN SPEAK A WORD OF ENGLISH, I COULDNT UNDERSTAND HIM, AND HE JUST STARTED YELLING WHO KNOWS WHAT. THE BOTTOM LINE IS CONTINENTAL HAS ONE MORE DAY TO MAKE IT RIGHT LIKE THEY HAVE PROMISED, AND I ALMOST CAN GUARANTEE THAT THEY WONT PHONE ME TOMORROW, AND AT THE END OF THE DAY I WILL CALL THEM TO TELL THEM TO CANCEL MY DELIVERY, AND HOPEFULLY I WONT GO THROUGH THE SAME PROCESS TRYING TO GET BACK MY DEPOSIT.
