This was a particular transaction in which there was a lot of things in which we could have done to improve your experience as a customer. Furthermore, even my apology was not enough to make up for your experience as a customer. In the future, if you ever have a need to transport another vehicle I assure you that your experience would be several hundred times better. I can assure you that our services are improving day after day.
