I paid Universal Auto Transport to ship my Car. Universal gave the job of contracting and dispatching to Consolidated Auto Transport. ECE Auto Transport was contracted to do the hauling. Consolidated didn't fulfill their obligation to pay ECE upon pick-up, so ECE would not release the car upon delivery, which is costing me another $125 for re-delivery. Very poor customer service. Payment was finally made after literally days of calling them (calls from me and from ECE). Don't recommend you use this service.
