NEVER Use Consolidated Auto Transporter

I was a first time user of an auto transporter company about week ago. I went online, did a little research and found myself with Consolidated Auto Transporter as my "broker" had no idea you needed such a thing when shipping a vehicle. Long story short these guys were the ABSOLUTE WORST people to work with. The communication was extremely poor, customer service was terrible and all they want is your money and after you give them that they could give two shits when your car will actually arrive to you. The company made the transaction feel extremely sketchy and I was near cancelling my deposit through the bank and calling in higher authorities because their business ethic was lacking more than I thought was possible. So NEVER work them!!!!

On another note if you need a Auto Transporter and don't want to pay a broker fee get in touch with a truck carrier themselves. The people who actually carried and delivered my car were phenomenal!!!- (QUICK TRANSPORT- ASK FOR LESLIE). They kept in touch with me as far as pick up times and delivery times. My car showed up in perfect condition and the driver was so nice. If I hadn't worked with the brokers this would have only cost me $400 instead of $575 from California to Colorado. I truly recommend using them and if I ever do this again I will call the carriers back. :)

CONTRARY TO WHAT IS BEING SAID ABOUT US WE DID MOVE THIS CUSTOMERS VEHICLE AND THE VEHICLE WAS DELIVERED WITHIN 7 DAYS AS THE SIGNED CONTRACT TELLS HER UPON RESERVATION THIS CUSTOMER WAS JUST IMPOSSIBLE TO DEAL WITH SHE WAS VERY RUDE TO DISPATCH AND EVERYONE ELSE SHE CAME IN CONTACT WITH THEREFORE WHAT SHE IS SAYING IS NOT TRUE WE DID OUR JOB AND ASSIGNED A CARRIER
