I had called Cobalt Logistic Services and arranged pickup for an older corvette to be shipped from California to Portland, Oregon. I flew into LA the day prior to the car being shipped, in order to look it over before making a decision to purchase. It turns out the car was not as advertised and I ended up not buying the car. I called Joseph and told him I had to cancel the shipping order with less than 24hrs from the pick date. He told me he understood my situation and went against Cobalt Logistic policy and gave me a full refund on my shipping order. This is a quality company that went above and beyond for something that was clearly my fault. Thanks again Joseph, I would not hesitate in using Cobalt Logistic in the future when I find the right car for me.
