I received quotes from 4 companies to ship my vehicle from Tacoma, WA to Albuquerque, NM. Joseph Johns at Cobalt Logistics Services was one of the first to give me a quote and his price was the best. He gave me very reasonable expectations for delivery schedules and then surprised me with the availability of a next day pick up. He put me in contact with the driver and we worked out a convenient place to load our vehicle. The vehicle was safely loaded and delivered to my son in just a few days, which was much sooner than I had anticipated.
I appreciated the customer service in tracking the transport vehicle's movement to Albuquerque so that a smooth delivery in Albuquerque could be arranged. My vehicle arrived safely with no damage. I received a follow-up from Mr Johns to confirm that the delivery had gone well and that I was satisfied with the move.
Having heard many concerns from friends about car moving companies prior to this experience, I was very pleased about the professional, reliable service that I experienced. I would recommend this company to anyone contemplating a vehicle move.
