Joseph made the transfer very easy and comfortable. Its a lot to take in with trust from many miles away. He followed through on everything. Robert, the driver, was friendly and far above par. He got re-routed and called and asked if he could drop it off early. It was nice that he went out of his way on the weekend going into Christmas to be sure we were around and his showing up early wasn't a hassle for us. Thanks for the GREAT work.
