Great service and competitive price

Shawn was great with helping arrange transport of a new car from NorCal down to SoCal. I called to speak with someone directly for questions since I'd never shipped a car before. Shawn was very helpful in explaining the process and offering options after hearing of my situation. He was able to find me an enclosed transport that could pick up my car on a Saturday (all the other places wouldn't do it until Monday) and was able to get me a competitive price. Given the competitive price, the excellent service and willingness to go the extra mile in finding exactly what I was looking for in terms of schedule and type of transport really set Coastal Car Transport above the rest for me. Oh and on the day of pick up, I ran into some issues at the dealership (all dealership's fault, btw) and even though it was a Saturday I was able to speak with Shawn. And the transport driver was very understanding and was even willing to speak w/ one of the managers with me when he noticed I was getting a bit upset about the delays that were occurring. In the end the driver was able to hang around almost a half day longer than planned to assist me because he knew the situation and he couldn't have been nicer and more understanding (his name was Robert, btw). And on the day of drop off Robert texted me an estimated arrival time and at pretty close to that time (ok, a little after the estimated time) I looked out my window and there was our new car sitting in our driveway with Robert walking towards the front door. I would definitely use Coastal Car Transport again and would recommend them.
