The company was prompt in scheduling the pick up and kept us informed. The personnel were friendly and very helpful. Professional - a joy to work with. The driver they had pick up the car was clean, well dressed and articulate. His closed truck was immaculate. When he ran into interstate weather related closures in Arizona and then in Utah, he promptly let us know his progress and revised delivery time. Upon arrival of the car, the driver, Benny, not only dusted off the car but polished it for us. Coastal Car clearly is selective in the drivers they choose for their deliveries. It was a very pleasant experience and we thank Coastal for their care, professionalism and efficiency.
