I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company. Not only do they not respond to phone calls or emails, but their office line is impossible to get through even using their own extensions and automated phone service. It's as if they DO NOT want you to be able to contact them, no matter what. After waiting all day for contact from the driver (and trying numerous times to reach their office line and even contacting the broker), the car was finally picked up at 10PM this past Wednesday. Friday rolled around and we again received a call stating that the car would be delivered on "Saturday night". Well - After waiting ALL DAY on Saturday and finally giving up at 1AM Sunday morning, night came and went, and no call from the driver with any kind of update or delivery of the car. I have sent the driver text messages, made phone calls and tried my best to get in contact with ANYONE. I have even called the driver's cell phone, which he does not answer!!! It is now 2:30 PM on Sunday afternoon, and I have been unable to get in touch with the driver (regardless of calling his cell phone) OR the company, and have received absolutely no word on my car or when it will be delivered. For all I know it could be sitting in a chop shop somewhere. It is a crime that these people are even paid to perform a service with their COMPLETE lack of communication, extreme disregard for the customer's time, and nonexistent customer service. You would be BETTER OFF driving your car to its new destination. Save yourself the frustration of dealing with this useless company.
