Tina kept us in the loop every step of the way. The communication with us was great! We put out a search for a transporter as we were going to need one in the middle of the month, Tina picked up the phone and called rather than the normal e-mail back, and she seemed to want to work with us , and assuring us she would get us the best price around. Greg (the driver) phoned my dad to make arrangements to pick up the SUV, when he did it was pouring down rain, and he went around the SUV to inspect for any scratches or dents. My dad was amazed!!! In the rain !! After that Greg kept in contact with us and met us on time with the SUV.
