Excellent service - superb customer service

Everyone at Classic Auto Express is committed to providing a quality service with no stress. This was our first time to use a transport service and were a bit nervous shipping a new vehicle from a dealer more than 1500 miles away from us. I called and spoke with Tony (a couple of times) and he explained the process and what separates Classic Auto Express from the others.

There weren't any gimmicks involved, just straight forward honesty. I booked the transport on a Friday, JSC Auto Transport picked it up the next Friday, and it was delivered to our driveway the following Wednesday - damage free! It arrived 4 days before the quote date too. Rod was very polite and called one day out to let me know his schedule and when he would be in town for the dropoff.

Excellent service by everyone at Classic Auto Express, to include: Tony, Carolyn and Tim. Very polite and professional driver with JSC Auto Transport: Rod. If you're needing to transport a vehicle, call Classic Auto Express for a hassle-free and pleasant experience. Guaranteed, I'll certainly recommend Classic Auto Express to anyone in the need to transport a vehicle. Thanks for a great experience!!
