Unbelievably Fast!, Great Price for Enclosed Carrier!, Great Customer Service!

1. The turn around time from when I made the order Monday (8/24) 6pm to when it shipped Tuesday 7am (8/25) was ridiculous. (Note: I did not order experdited service, this was part of the normal service)

2. The customer service rep -Carolyn- was impeccable. She addressed every question I had, assured me my car was not going to be dropped off at various terminals (common for many shippers), provided insurance and backround on delivery truck, and even accomodated a change in drop off location to my workplace (mid shipment ) rather then at home.

3. The price of the enclosed carrier was VERY reasonable.(considering I was one of two cars in the carrier) I had quotes ranging from $850 to $1500, I went with Classic Auto Express simply because of the quick turn around time, the unmatched customer service, and the reassurance the company provided that my vehicle would be cared for as promised. It was the best service for the money which definiately matters in my book. There choice of car carrier as a broker showed Excellent Judgement!.

Final words: I intend on using Classic Auto Express from now on. They saved me all the headaches and anguish I've gone through in the past with shipping my cars.
