Christa provided outstanding service and was head and shoulders above other brokers. Christa's experience and expertise were made obvious from the very first phone call. She provided transparency throughout the entire process regarding pricing, timing, and logistics. Christa returned texts promptly and worked after hours and on weekends to secure a carrier. Her broker fee is one of the lowest fees that I've seen and she does not collect fees until the carrier picks up the vehicle - other brokers charge a fee to simply submit your request with dispatch. Transport services are not what they used to be, with lots of games being played on customers, but Christa is direct, honest, and earnest. You will not be disappointed.
