Like many reviews you read that are so positive you immediately think, it is fake. This one is not. To prove it, I am allowing anyone interested in communicating with me about my experience to do so through Transport Reviews and/or BBB. Christa, who is the heart and soul of Christa's Excellent Auto, LLC is as advertised. She works hard every day to give her customers the most reasonably priced and reliable service possible. Having read this in other reviews while I was searching for a broker is what caused me to choose Christa’s. Once I did, she followed through. Besides her continual availability throughout the process I believe her key to success is her carrier selection process. She only uses proven 100% rated carriers for any of her jobs because the carrier becomes the face of Christa’s Excellent Auto, LLC and this what separates her from any of the other broker services.
