I’ve been in the car business professionally for 10 years. I buy cars from auctions across the country. I’ve dealt with many brokers in the past which has been disappointing for most parts. Some will take your money and disappear, some will manage to find you a carrier usually at higher price than the initial quote, and once they find you a carrier, the communication stops, and you’re left completely in the dark, which can be very frustrating if you have a busy schedule.
With Christa that changed. For the past 2 years I have been working with her, I get nothing but the best. Her professionalism, communication and care are second to none. Not only does she give me the best possible quote for any given route, but also explains everything that I need to know. In addition, her initial quote never changes, she never takes money upfront until my car is picked up. And once my car is picked up, she stays in touch with me and the carrier throughout the process to make sure my car is delivered safely and on time. If you want to ship your car with peace of mind, you’ve come to right place. I can’t recommend her enough!
