The staff (Leah) was very helpful in answering questions and clarifying how to get things moving. This was the third company we dealt with to get the car shipped! The other two companies offered a price to low to interest the auto transporters, but didn't clarify why we had no takers to deliver our car. One company did not answer their phone or return phone messages after we signed up with them. We waited two weeks with the first company with no luck, and one week with the second company with no human to talk to. the third company, Chariot, had us a transporter within one day.
