I had one false start with another company based in Miami, FL where they tried to raise the price on me after signing the contract. The woman at the other place was very rude and her attitude was unbelievable as she tried to essentially pressuure me in to paying more money and used all kinds of unethical pressure tactics in the process. I told them to cancel the order. She then actually hung up on me! They were the ones reneging on the contract and somehow she found offense to hang up on me b/c I would not agree to their holding me hostage by saying the car would not get moved at the price they agreed to. It was amazing.
In steps Leah and Chariot Auto Transport - the same day I called them with credit card info they found a carrier and the car was literally picked up 4 hours later. That was a Tues and by Friday night I had my car. I know I was lucky to get the last slot on a carrier heading to my home town, but the bottom line is that they found someone and got it done. Leah was totally on the ball and kept me up to date during the whole process. I was never in the dark, nor were there every any suggestions that they would not complete the move for anything other than our agreed upong price.
I would totally recommend this company and would use them again in a heartbeat.
