Kathy took care of everything and kept her word on every promise, from the quote to the schedule. I explained my expectations and she took care of the rest. The selected carrier provided the car on time without incident; the driver seemed genuinely concerned about carefully handling my car and allowed me the necessary time to inspect it before signing off for the delivery. This was a stress-free experience from start to finish.
