After researching over a dozen carriers I was deeply dismayed to discover how many of them had multiple bad reviews, poor ratings with the BBB or just seemed shady.
It quickly became apparent to me that this is an industry rife with scumbags and crooks.
When I found Certified it was a pleasant relief.
A great BBB rating plus a patient, responsive and respectful staff that took the time to explain everything to me.
Kathy was a joy to deal with and I eagerly recommend her and her crew.
I got my vehicle earlier than projected and even the driver was polite and professional.

Way to go guys!
