On 12 December 08, I paid a $200 deposit to this lady to transport my two vehicles from CA to VA. This was after she had promised that she will have the vehicles picked up before christmas and have them delivered by 31 December. As soon as I paid the deposit, she sent an invoice back with no dates for the estimated pickup/delivery dates. I tried to contact her back, and she will never answer the phone. She was in fact screening her calls because she would only pick up when I used some other number she did not recognize. The first time I managed to get a hold of her, she told me she had found a driver and was looking for insurance before the vehicle gets picked up. She promised to call me back that evening, but never did. This was on the 24th of Dec. I called her the next day, only to listen to a vmail saing she was on vacation. Needless to say the vehicles never got picked up, and she refused to pay back the deposit. I ended up filing a dispute with my bank an they reversed the transaction and got me my money back. This company is a SCAM, I cannot believe people like that are allowed to ran such businesses. I do not recommend it to anyone. They are thieves. They will quote u the lowest, but no driver will be willing to pick up for that price. And oh by the way, she says the deposit is for her to make phone calls and send emails to drivers. Bull Crapp.........

I do not understand why some customers have to make up some thing when it comes to reviews. So of what you say is true and some is false. And we were working with a carrier and waiting on there up dated Insurance and you did not want to wait. You are the one that canceled the order with us we did not cancel. And your credit card company ruled in our favor and you did not get your refund back. We did our job in finding a carrier that you did not want to wait on. And I want to thank you for this review I will forward this to the proper authority's. For false statments against this company. Thank You.
