I placed my order with them to move my car from NY to MT and before i got off the phone they had already taken the $100 "deposit" After i had read these reviews i decided to cancel. Their website says they would only refund half of the money. Fair enough. It's been 2 weeks and still no refund because Tammy is never in and apparently now her son is fighting cancer, so she lives in the hospital. So basically I won't get my money back. It cost me $100 for a four minute phone call to them. They will get what they deserve one day when they piss off the wrong people!

You need to tell the whole story. And yes the family does have a sick son. And that did not need to be put on here. That is personal business.
