i called and gave my 100 deposit and they said they would get a carrier within 5 days with a 3 day window. they also said it would be in idaho before the 12th which is my grandauther birthday, we got airfare to see her face when we gave her the car and as of today april 7 we still dont have a pick up date. i called and they said no refund they are theives and dont care about anyone. i asked about all the bad reviews and they assured me it was all bull. do not use.

The car was picked up on the 9th and was deliverd. But it was delivered a day late and I am sorry for that. But I am sure her granddaughter was happy when she got it.
