First time I had utilized this type of vehicle transport service. The folks at Cascade walked me through every aspect of the shipping process and explained in detail each component. The customer service and communication was excellent from start to finish. The driver was courteous and helpful. The vehicle arrived on time as scheduled by the driver at the location we mutually agreed upon. I was extremely satisfied with my overall experience with Cascade, especially when they agreed to reduce their fees so as to help get the load scheduled and on its way to me. Thanks Cascade for the great service. I will definitely use your company in the future and recomend it to my clients.
