this was my first time dealing with a car transport, and malia walked me through every step of the process with patience, detail and courtesy. i'm writing this prior to pick-up, but after speaking with malia, i have no doubt that she will monitor the move with painstaking care and, if need be, "kick butt," as she said, to see it through.
