In hindsight I am very pleased with the overall experience. It did take longer than I had hoped to get the vehicle picked up, but I understood the challenges associated with this delivery. It also cost more than I had hoped, but again I understood that there were factors (ie gas prices) that caused this. I was very impressed with Hugh the driver. He called me before he left to pick up the vehicle, once the night before the delivery and once the day of to inform me when he would arrive. A big surprise was to see the vehicle was shipped in an enclosed carrier rather than an open one with a bunch of other vehicles. This wasn't communicated to me beforehand, but it was a pleasant surprise and made the extra dollars spent on this transport well worth it.

Again, very pleased overall.
