I was very pleased with the courteous service and honest discussion I had with the representative. He informed me of the potential problems and honestly described the process. After a few days of inactivity, he advised changing the "bid" which we did. We were then scheducled, and the driver was on time, and delivered early. All in all very satisfiied.
