Transport was from New York to New Jersey. Malia's customer service was good. My only issue was that I was not told that the driver was going to drive the car himself from NY to NJ, where the transport truck was. If I had been informed of the possibility of that beforehand it would have made the situation less stressful. Was uncomfortable handing over the keys to a complete stranger, especially as he could get into an accident and it would be on our insurance.
