Kim was great. She worked with what I call an irritable situation. When I had a question and called her, if she was not at her desk, she would always call me back very quickly so that my questions were answered in a timely manner and I could get everything in order for my pick-up and delivery. I thought that it was difficult since I was in one state and my fiancé was in another and we were trying to meet in the middle by a certain date. We were having difficulties trying to figure out how to get all of our stuff down from Alaska to Utah especially his truck. I had been on the phone with different movers all day and was about to give up, I was that frustrated. Then I called Kim. I think the only thing I did not like was that it took so long, but that is to be expected. I think it was her personality that I liked the best. It seemed like she really cared about what I was trying to do. If I was to do another move like I just did I would definitely call her back and have her help me again.
