Customer service was excellent. Every time I called there was someone on the other end ready to help with any questions I had. Kimberly was able to find a carrier for the pick up date I needed within four days of my first inquiry. I received a detailed order conformation that outlined all of the instructions for both me and the driver. I definitely will be using Cascade aging on my next move.
