I've never shipped anything before but it great my son had my car in Jersey , he's moving to Italy and they could only take one car,we didnt know what to do, so I checked out some places online Cascade responded almost immediately i was very surprised, they told me the time frame for getting it picked up, long story short I got the the date I needed and I got a call from the driver midday on Sunday saying he was here , I was like wow cool. Malia called me and emailed with updates thru out this whole process she explained things to me and answered my questions, calls and emails. I would use them again and tell family and friends about Cascade.
