First, I would use Cascade again. They were easy to talk to and much more informative than other transport companies I have dealt with. They handled everything and made sure all the necassary parties were kept informed of pick up, delivery, etc. They did a great follow up, called everytime they said they would, including returning all my calls, everytime.
The only area I would fault them in was the delay in pick up. It wasn't til I started making multiple phone calls in a day that my vehicle became a priority to pick up. I placed my order and didn't hear from them for a week. I had not made any inquiry calls during this time. Then, I finally get a call that it is getting picked up and would be delivered in ~5 days (thought this was a long time considering it was only an 8 hr drive). But, that truck fell through anyway (no room/overweight). So, I began calling several times a day and Wahla! my vehicle was picked up within the next two days on a Saturday and delivered on Monday. Now, that's more like it. Just wish I wouldn't have had to pester to get that result. All in all I thought they did a good job and I will surely use them again. However, next time, I will be sure to charm them with my voice on a daily basis right from the start ; )
