I am thrilled with the service we received from Blaine and Cascade Vehicle Shipping, Inc. We had to deliver a car from California to Baltimore, and I had no idea where to start. I found a number for several brokers, including Cascade, on the internet. After calling some other companies, I called Cascade and spoke with Blaine, who was professional and informative right from the start. Most importantly, he suggested that I do some research on any company I was thinking of hiring because many companies in this industry are unscrupulous. Thanks to Blaine, I checked the Better Business Bureau reports on the company I was considering hiring at first (because they were cheaper than Cascade), and the Better Business Bureau had rated them with an F!!!! Cascade, however, was rated with an A. For the few extra dollars (which still was much less than the quotes from some of the other companies I called), I hired Cascade - and I am so happy that I did. Blaine was helpful and personable throughout the process. When he was not available, Diane took my calls and assisted me. I was never left in the dark - all my questions were answered. Most importantly, the car was picked up as scheduled, delivered as scheduled, and at the price that was promised (door to door)!

blaine@cascadevehicleshipping 360-834-7898. Bruce, the old saying "an ounce of prevention..." applies to the transport industry too. Glad all went well, thanks for the great review.
