Excellent for a Nervous Customer

I am an actual customer who has not been paid or suggested to write a review. I have never shipped a car from another state before so the logistics of vehicle transportation was new to me. I called a number of companies however, I found problems with many because there are often hidden charges and forced delays.

I finally called Cascade Shipping after reading some reviews on 'Transportation Reviews.' I didn't have great expectations but was pleasantly surprised that they were so accommodating to my particular situation. A little context-Along with my car, I requested that a large number of items including rims, seats, engine parts, and many more be shipped with the car. NO OTHER CAR CARRIER would allow me to have these items shipped in the car EXCEPT for CASCADE SHIPPING. They even made a requirement that the car be put on the top deck to PREVENT the items from being stolen. That is REAL consideration and respect for customer property.

I went through with the order and throughout, the coordinator, KIMBERLY kept me informed and tried her best to secure a truck that could ship soon at a reasonable price. I think I must have called Kimberly everyday until a truck was secured. I was extremely anxious. Throughout, she was extremely respectful and assuaged my anxiety. Finally, Kimberly was able to secure a truck early for me at a good price. The car was shipped and arrived a day earlier than I anticipated which was a very pleasant surprise. No marks or damage, just a little dirty because of the winter weather and open carrier.

I do not generally write reviews but I was very moved by the exceptional person-to-person customer attention paid by 'Cascade Shipping' and in particular Kimberly. I am sure you read these Kimberly, so hopefully you'll get to this last line-THANK YOU very much for helping me throughout this process of car shipping. I will never go to another car carrier company with devoted staff who go to such lengths to satisfy their customers. You are what makes this a great company to work with and I hope they realize it. You are the best. Thank You.
