I called Malia to get a backup quote because I was/am having a difficult time with the relocation company I hired to transport my vehicle Malia not only provided me a quote but was extremely knowledgeable with what I should do given my circucmastances with that company. She went out of her way to help me, even knowing that I would not be able to use Cascade's services. She not only answered all my questions over the phone but sent me several emails with advice. I hope Malia sees this review and knows how much I appreciate it! :)
