I was so frustrated by my efforts to get a car shipped from Michigan to our daughter in Washington State. I had been promised by one company that it would "take a couple of days" to find a driver. Fourteen days later, I cancelled my contract and lost my deposit. I switched to another company whose CS rep convincingly reassured me that it would be "2-4 days, TOPS" for pick up of the vehicle. Four WEEKS later I was being told on a daily basis that they were "still looking for a driver". My husband suggested shipping via rail and while investigating that option, I somehow, miraculously, found Diane at Cascade Vehicle Shipping. I was SO upset by this time, and had a very negative view of transport companies. But she was very calm, patient and sympathetic. Because of her broad knowledge in the transport business she helped me understand why we had faced such challenges getting the vehicle shipped to Washington. She has tremendous integrity also, she did not try to get me to cancel my contract with the company that I had been waiting on for a month. She just took the time to HELP me....unheard of customer service these days! I waited 3 more days for the other company to come up with a driver and when they failed to do so, I terminated the contract with them and called Diane back. Before the end of the day, she had one driver lined up for the following week and promised to continue to look for a driver who could come sooner. The very next day (about 24 hours after contracting with Cascade) I got a call that the vehicle would be picked up the next morning. I was shocked...and thrilled! Diane checked in with me on Monday and once again, demonstrated her exemplary customer service skills.

It only took 3 days for the car to arrive safely in Walla Walla! The drivers were great about communicating with us and VERY professional.

So finally, after six weeks, we breathed that proverbial sigh of relief. I will probably never need to transport a vehicle again but if I do, Diane and Cascade are the ONLY people I would call. I wish you continued success. It really was MY pleasure to do business with you, thank you.
