Malia was excellent throughout the process. Every email and phone call was answered almost immediately and, trust me, I had a LOOOOOOT of questions.

Arranging the pickup was easy. I called it in, Malia located a driver, and a couple of days later, my car was on the truck.

During transport, I regularly checked in with Malia for updates on the location.

On the day of pickup, I arranged it so that the driver would meet me at noon (before the export office closes) and they were ontime and very nice.

The car was dirty, which I had expected considering the haul was over 1700miles.

To confirm, Malia actually contacted me to ask how everything went. I thanked her for her wonderful service and I will definitely be contacting her for my next transport.
