I needed to move my Ford Mustang from New Jersey to an Army base in Washington state for my nephew (a soldier) to drive. Kim quickly got my request posted on the board and lined up a shipper within 48 hours (despite shipments nationwide being delayed due to the excessive snow storms). I received numerous phone calls and emiails to keep me posted on the status and pick up time. When I met the drivers to drop off the car, they were professional and courteous. They promised that the vehicle would be delivered within 7 days, so I was truly amazed when they called me 3 days EARLY to say they could deliver the car that night to my nephew - who was over the moon with the early delivery. I would highly recommend Cascade....and ask for Kim!
