I had originally listed my car with another transport company where it languished for over two weeks. They made no attempts to update me and the only contact was my calls to them.When I called Cascade,they gave me so much information about the transport process even though I was not yet their client,nor did they attempt to snipe my business away from the first company. They just gave me solid information about car transport.After more frustration I cancelled with the first company and called Diane Seeley and listed with Cascade. Within two days I had a pick up date with a carrier. Due to extreme weather conditions my pick up was delayed by two days but I was kept informed daily, of the status of my car. In spite of the delay, my car arrived on time.Diane went out of her way to find a transporter since she knew I was paying a premium for a rental car since I'm 24.The Cascade company sets the benchmark for others in this industry
