Diane did a great job in the introduction of the company and knowledge of the car transportation business. This was my first time transporting a car and she was great and giving me the pros and cons. However, Cascade is just a brokerage firm and they tender the transport of your vehicle out to a third party to transport, which is appearantly the case with all vehicle transport company.

Never the less, she did complete the task as required and I was able to contact her for regular updates which I was over seas.
