I was very happy with Cascade and its service, and Diane was very helpful and efficient. However, I had a real issue with the people with whom they subcontracted my vehicle for transport. These subcontractors repeatedly confused both the time we requested our vehicle to be delivered and the place to which it was to be dropped of. Not only did this happen with my car, there was also confusion regarding my husbands car. The cars were delivered without damage and were originally picked up us in a timely and courteous manner. Cascade did all they could to help us, and their part in the transaction was very good.

I have relayed the information to our Dispatch Department so we can avoid this situation in the future. I am truly sorry for the confusion, but am glad to hear the vehicles arrived on time and in good condition.
