Great service with Blaine, Fast Shipping, friendly throughout

From the start, Blaine was extremely informative and helpful. He answered all my questions even when I was just calling around for price quotes from various companies. He took the time and never pressured me, which was a big factor in my decision to use Cascade.

Once booked, Blaine stayed in communication with me regarding tentative pick up dates. And he was never more than a quick phone call away if I ever had questions.

Pickup was through Cobalt Auto Transport and my driver was Chuck. Chuck was great - friendly and professional. He stayed in constant communication and also gave me his cell phone to call at any time.

The only area where I could possible say I wasn't completely satisfied was the "door-to-door" portion of the service. On pickup and delivery, the driver mentioned that due to the possibility of trees, he'd have to park in a more open area and ask me to drive the vehicles over to meet him. And on delivery, I had to drive out to him to pick up my vehicles. Luckily, I had a rental car in both cases so I could accommodate this, but if I hadn't I don't know what I would've done. Just a minor inconvenience in an otherwise very satisfied transport.
