Diane was very helpful and knowledgable and after car was picked up, I notified her of my concerns and prompt action was taken. I had ordered a enclosed carrier and the carrier was enclosed but it was more of those soft sided carriers...for this type I would have expected a cheaper rate. She made prompt action so this is known in the future. The delivery person was prompt and notifed me of times promptly. No problem with the personnel with trucking company.
I would recommend using Diane again when I need a vehicle shipped.
